- I was asked to do to do the clients data collections and client summary because that helped us did the website. After we did them we already knew what the website was going to be about what was going to be in the website. Basically we had everything done, i mean we just needed to code the site. It made things easier we had things planned already. It helped us with the small problems we had. It was basically a brainstorm for the website that we were going to make. It made things easier for us. We didn’t have to think of things we were going to put on the site because we already knew what, what was going into the site
- In a way our website did meet the needs of the client. I’m saying in a way because we put things in the site that our client wanted but not most of the things were put up. I had trouble finishing it because I ran short on time so I couldn’t put all the things that the client wanted onto the website. For example I didn’t one page. I was also running into coding problems so the page wasn’t completely done. Most of the things were in the page but not all. I did what I could but it wasn’t enough
- I think we were asked to do the site plan and wire frame to have an idea on what we are going to have on our website and how it’s going to look . In the site plan we basically planned what was going to be in the site, what was going to be the content on the page. The wireframe helped us get an idea on how we are going to organize the page. Where things go, where you like the things to go. It was really helpful because we already did the planning and we just needed to code it

My page did meet the requirements on my site plan. Unfortunately my page layout did not meet the requirements on my wireframe. Everything that I had on my site plan was put into vball stuff which is my website’s name all my pages had the content that was planned except one which was the “jerseys” page. My page’s layout did not look anything like the wireframe I made. In fact it was so different. I realized the things that I had on my wireframe were going to be hard to code, I guessed wrong. I ended up going for something simpler and easier to code.
- The most important thing was the process of making the website than actually making the website. While in the process of making it we had to brainstorm a lot, we had to think. For example, what’s going to be the name of the website, the logo, slogan, the content of the website,etc. you had to put a lot of thinking into the different stages before coding the website. Making the website is just coding and putting all the things together. I don’t think that’s as important as thinking of what’s going to be on the page and how it’s going to look like
- I have learned a lot of things from working on this project. This project was a challenge. This project taught me a lot of things from the coding part to my own personal life. The things that it taught me were that I need to manage more my time and learn how to do things when they are due. This also taught me how to code and how to organize your code because if it’s not organized it will be hard to read and hard to locate certain things. Organization was key in this project. I learned a lot of things from this project
- You can say that it was a success on making the website. But, it wasn’t a 100% fail. I say this because my website didn’t look the way I wanted it to look. I had to change the layout and a couple of things because it was too much, but it looked good after all and I’m really happy about that. I also didn’t have enough time to finish it and I needed to put some small touches, I ran out of time. Since I ran out of time I forgot to add some things like a table. Overall it was more of a 50% success and 50% fail.

At first when I was asked to check my partner’s website and grade it, I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know if I was going to do a good job at it. Maybe my partner was going to get a bad grade because of me and the way I graded his site. But then I realized it wasn’t that bad. I enjoyed helping them out and telling them what they needed to fix. At first I didn’t get what we were supposed to say during the presentation. I thought we were going to show our page and the content.
- Coding has changed the way I think whenever I see a website. Before I used to see a website and thought that it was pretty cool design of the site, the way the pictures were was nice and everything was fine. But after working on this project, whenever I see a website I just imagine how difficult and how long it took to make that site. The way the code is setup and how much code is needed to do all that fancy stuff there is on that page. Coding actually really changed the way I think. Coding is difficult and confusing at times
